Location: Remote with regional responsibilities (Ontario, Alberta, or British Columbia)

Position Overview:

We are actively seeking experienced, licensed Real Estate Brokers who are also enthusiastic investors to join our management team as equity owners, with positions available in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. This is a unique opportunity for brokers interested in being both strategic partners and investors in a fast-growing PropTech venture that aims to redefine real estate in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership and Growth: As a regional leader, provide market insights and spearhead provincial strategies for Ohmer, aligning with national goals and scaling the platform.

  • Investment and Ownership Role: Bring your expertise as both a real estate professional and an investor, holding an equity stake, and contributing to long-term growth and platform enhancements.

  • Brokerage Compliance and Licensing: Oversee provincial real estate compliance, ensuring that all brokerage activities align with local regulations and industry standards.

  • Market and Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate partnerships with local brokers, agents, and key industry stakeholders to drive platform adoption and foster community engagement.

  • Product Development Advisory: Offer insights into features that align with broker and investor needs, enhancing our offerings for real estate professionals and clients alike.

  • Customer Success: Support user engagement initiatives, oversee agent/broker onboarding processes, and provide ongoing guidance on platform use.

  • Brand Advocacy: Represent Ohmer at industry events, webinars, and other public engagements to promote the app and educate users.

Qualifications:

  • Active Real Estate Broker License in Ontario, Alberta, or British Columbia (must be in good standing).

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a real estate broker or active real estate investor.

  • Demonstrated interest and experience in investing in high-growth ventures, particularly within PropTech or real estate technology.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and improving the real estate industry through technology.

  • Proven track record in real estate management or brokerage, with a strong understanding of PropTech and real estate trends.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Tech-savvy with a keen interest in innovative real estate technology and digital solutions.
