DreamSearch — questions
What is DreamSearch?
DreamSearch is Ohmer's AI home search for Canadian buyers and tenants. It reads light, layout, finishes and mood across active MLS listings and matches them to a description in your own words.
How is it different from regular MLS search?
Regular search filters by beds, baths and price. DreamSearch uses computer vision to score the things spec sheets miss — natural light, room flow, finishes and overall vibe — then ranks listings against your personal taste.
What is the Taste Match Score?
A private 0–100 score for every listing. It learns from what you save, swipe and skip, and gets sharper over time. Your taste graph stays yours — Ohmer never sells it.
Is DreamSearch free?
The Ohmer app is free to download. DreamSearch runs on Ohmi points (usage-based AI credits). Early Canadian users get 2,000 free Ohmi points on signup.
